• Order Codes are stated po sa FIRST SHEET ng masterlist pls include it sa payment form (always read the description sa payment forms btw)
• YOU CAN PAY as soon as you order even without the email confirmation but DON’T FORGET to fill up to payment form which can be found sa carrd or in the order form.
• Payment details can also be found in the order form. Please take note that for payments MORE THAN 2000, BDO mode of payment is used. You can also send payments less than 2000 in our BDO account but please do not use gcash MOP for payments more than 2000 because we will be returning your payment.
• pooling slots are ALWAYS first to pay for the 50% DP. regardless if you paid in full or not, as long as 50% is filled your pooling slot is immediately set.
• There might be instances wherein price of the product might change due to other unexpected fees. In this, an email notice will be sent to all buyers, since these fees are complete out of our hands cancellation of orders will not be entertained.
• AFTER SUBMITTING THE ORDER FORM / MINING AND CONFIRMING CLAIMED ITEMS WE WILL NO LONGER ALLOW CHANGES IN YOUR ORDERS INCLUDING POOLING OPTIONS.
• INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEE - if ISF is not included, do know that the international shipping fee is to be determined once the item arrives in our warehouse. There is no possible estimation of ISF as it is purely dependent on the weight, warehouse rates, and number of items in the box.
• COMBINED SHIPMENT - please include the list of ALL usernames, order codes, and item list if opting for combined shipment with another buyer from our shop. Please take note that there are times where combined shipment is not possible because there are instances wherein some of the items are shipped and packed in another address which makes it impossible for us to ship the orders as one.PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF ALL THESE BEFORE YOU FILL OUT THE FORM. Filling out the forms means complete agree to the statements above.
TERMS AND CONDITION
1. NO CANCELLATIONS OF SECURED & PREORDER ITEMS - please only fill up the forms if you are 101% sure with your order. we do not entertain cancellation of orders that are paid and secured as well as MINED items. We will be listing you in our bogus buyer / joy reserver list if so, you will also be blocked and we have the right to refuse future transactions with you. Once the items are on secured you can no longer cancel your order. Cancellations of orders will only be accepted during preorder period when the item is NOT yet secured under the condition that you MUST pay 50% of the cancellation fee. However, the transaction will still be recorded as a bogus transaction therefore you will have a record of bogus transaction with us and we will not be entertaining orders from you any longer. We will also be posting you as a bogus buyer along with the personal information you provided in the order form, filling out the order form means you give us consent to public your personal information if we are to identify you as a bogus buyer. Worry not as all information will be kept safe and in private if you are to fulfill your buyer responsibilities and pay your balances accordingly.
2. If you are a minor please be sure that you have your parent’s permission to order. We will not be involved and responsible in any personal affiliation.
3. We are not responsible for the delays, loss, and damages caused by the korean seller or couriers as it is out of our hands therefore are non-refundable.
4. Make sure to settle your payment before the deadline of payment otherwise a fee of 50 pesos per day will be charged to your balance.
5. Always read the forms before filling up and submitting.
6. Buyers are charged with packaging fee depending on the size of their package:
small - 15
medium - 25-35
large / boxed items - 45-60 (depending on the packaging and box size used)
7. MEMBER POOLING IS FIRST TO PAY BASIS - downpayment. (if applicable) Once opted for pooling, we will not allow requests to opt out of pooling and opt for sealed instead once order forms are sent. Pulls for pooling per buyer will not be posted and requests for of photo of their pulls will not be entertained especially since most of our group orders are big and we do not have the time to cater to these requests. Only the pooling rank in the masterlist will be revealed along with the timestamp of payment so you’ll have an idea of the pooling chances.
8. All CLAIMS are not on hand and are being sold in korean marketplace. Please be aware that we are not 100% sure that the item will be in perfect condition. There are instances wherein the seller doesn’t disclose the condition of the item, and there are instances wherein the item is damaged due to shipment. Once again, all items for claims are non-refundables, please be aware of this before claiming an item.
9. Unclaimed items that are 3 months old and up will be forfeited and no refunds will be sent to the buyer. Abandonment fees are 50% of your total items including the fees charged to you within the 3 month time period.
10. WE WILL NOT BE RELEASING YOUR ORDERS TO YOU IF YOU HAVE PENDING ORDERS & UNPAID FEES FROM THE SHOP.
11. ONCE ORDER FORMS ARE SUBMITTED WE WILL NOT ALLOW ANYMORE CHANGES.
12. Stocks are always FIRST TO PAY basis. We will secure as much orders as we can but in any case where we are unable to secure all orders, stocks will be first to pay basis.
12. Pasalo slots will no longer be entertained. You may still sell your slot to others but we will not be changing the details of the item to that of your buyer’s. We will not meddle with pasalo transactions as these are transactions that we do not have any involvement with. We will not be entertaining questions regarding the update of a buyer’s order/s that isn’t under your username. All updates will only be sent to the buyer that filled out our order form/s.
13. NO PAYMENT FORM = NO PAYMENT - this means if you are unable to submit the payment form before on the deadline of payment we will still charge you with late fees. Please be responsible with your orders. It is also not the seller's duty to remind the buyers about the deadline of payment, so please always keep track of your orders.
